Whether you need a different size or a different style, our streamlined process ensures your transition to natural movement is risk-free.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn footwear in its original brand box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping mailer to ensure the product remains in pristine condition.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label (if applicable) or your own shipping method to the package and drop it off at your nearest postal carrier.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your full refund or dispatch your new exchange size within 3-5 business days.
